Oura is looking for a Staff Product Business Manager to build the product business planning function from the ground up. You will shape the future of our product portfolio by establishing pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and business case development.
What You'll Do
- Architect and lead robust processes for product-level pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and business case development.
- Develop and refine pricing models through sophisticated financial modeling, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Pioneer and implement advanced methodologies for accurate GTM demand forecasting, including volume targets and scenario planning.
- Track and analyze global product performance, encompassing revenue, unit sales, and customer adoption.
- Prepare monthly reviews with senior leadership, distilling complex data into actionable insights.
- Work closely with Product, FP&A, Supply and PMO teams to integrate business plans with financial forecasts and roadmaps.
- Serve as a critical thought partner to product leads, influencing short- and long-term strategies for hardware and software products.
- Help define success metrics and provide strategic support during product concept, development, and go-to-market phases.
- Deliver market and competitive insights to inform pricing decisions.
- Proactively identify and champion process improvements that enhance efficiency and enable the Business Management function to scale.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic, analytical, or cross-functional business role (e.g., Product Strategy, Business Operations, Product Finance).
- Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and cost management principles, with a track record of influencing executive-level decisions.
- Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in pricing strategy, modeling, demand forecasting, and business case development.
- Proficiency with Excel and Tableau.
- Proven ability to develop pricing programs, secure approvals, and implement them cross-functionally.
- Proven success partnering with product, finance or technical leaders to support strategic execution.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional efforts and influence stakeholders.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high ambiguity.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in SQL, Amplitude, SPSS, or R is a plus.
- Experience in health tech, wearables, or consumer technology is strongly desired.

This is a hybrid role open to candidates in San Francisco, San Diego, Boston, and New York.
