As an Analyst in Incentives & GTM, you'll play a key role in shaping how performance is measured and rewarded across the organization. You'll design and maintain performance frameworks that align with business goals, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage performance measurement systems for individuals and teams
- Collaborate with leadership, HR, and operations to define meaningful KPIs and productivity benchmarks
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Oversee the monthly processing of incentive payouts, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Translate operational challenges into data-driven solutions using structured analysis
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of experience in data analysis, performance management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools to extract, visualize, and interpret data
- Understanding of incentive structures and their impact on behavior and productivity
- Experience working with sensitive employee performance data with discretion
- Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and presenting insights
- A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data integrity and compliance
- Ability to think critically and solve problems with practical, scalable solutions
