About the Role
Design and build data pipelines, maintain data architecture, and ensure data accuracy and accessibility across systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage scalable data pipelines for reliable data ingestion and transformation
- Design and implement data models to support analytics and business intelligence needs
- Optimize data storage and retrieval performance across databases and data warehouses
- Ensure data quality through monitoring, validation, and error handling processes
- Collaborate with analytics and product teams to understand data requirements
- Support the integration of data from multiple internal and external sources
- Maintain documentation for data workflows, schemas, and system architecture
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data processing and pipeline execution
- Improve data security and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Evaluate and adopt new data technologies and tools to enhance system capabilities
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Background in home services, inspections, or real estate technology
- Exposure to data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Looker
- Contributions to open-source data projects or technical communities
