HireHawk is hiring a BI Data Analyst to join a consumer goods company. You will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive product performance and customer experience improvements.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain Looker dashboards and reports that empower teams to understand key metrics including customer behavior, product performance, and marketing effectiveness.
- Transform data from multiple sources into clear visualizations and insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Support cross-functional teams in defining measurable goals and outcomes around customer health, personalization engagement, and subscription behavior.
- Present actionable recommendations with clarity and impact to drive data-informed decision making across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in LookML modeling and dashboard creation within the Looker platform.
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex query techniques such as joins, aggregations, and window functions.
- Experience conducting A/B testing analytics and designing experimental research methodologies.
- Experience working in health, wellness, subscription, or personalized product industry sectors.
- Experience with modern cloud data warehousing platforms like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
- Ability to translate complex business questions into measurable, actionable metrics.
- Proven track record of building comprehensive reporting frameworks for digital brands in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, or health technology domains.
- Skills in creating data visualizations and insights from multiple disparate data sources.
- Experience building tracking logic and dashboards that map comprehensive user journeys.
- Strong data validation and debugging practices to ensure reporting integrity.
