Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Looker dashboards and reports to help teams track critical metrics such as customer behavior, product performance, and marketing results
- Convert data from various sources into intuitive visualizations that guide strategic business choices
- Assist cross-functional teams in establishing measurable objectives related to customer health, engagement with personalized content, and subscription patterns
- Deliver clear and impactful recommendations to promote data-driven decision-making throughout the company
