What You'll Do
Transform complex clinical data into meaningful insights that support patient safety and care quality. You'll build and manage recurring reports focused on clinical outcomes, risk detection, and monitoring systems, ensuring timely delivery to key teams. Work across platforms using analytical tools to extract, clean, and interpret data for enterprise-wide initiatives.
Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to identify data needs and deliver actionable findings. Translate technical results into clear, strategic recommendations for non-technical audiences, including senior staff. Develop presentations that highlight key trends and support decision-making. Participate in planning discussions and contribute as a knowledgeable partner in clinical methodology and data interpretation.
This role includes occasional travel—up to 10%—to support cross-functional engagement and on-site collaboration.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential for daily tasks. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams. The role demands prolonged computer use, sitting for extended periods, and occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds. Adequate vision and physical mobility are necessary to perform core responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, or informatics is highly valued. One to two years of relevant experience enhances candidacy. Experience or willingness to grow in technical tools including SQL, Tableau, Anaplan, Python, or R is important for success in this role.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position with work locations in Los Angeles, CA; Denver, CO; and Philadelphia, PA. The role allows flexibility across these sites, with up to 10% travel required to support collaboration and operational needs.
