What You'll Do
Collect and integrate data from diverse systems to generate insights that support patient access, insurance validation, and claims processing. Build analytical models to assess the impact of operational changes and identify key variables influencing performance. Use tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau to develop reports and dashboards that guide decision-making across teams.
Diagnose data discrepancies and resolve issues to ensure high-quality outputs. Break down complex, ambiguous challenges into manageable components and design structured approaches to solve them. Propose enhancements to systems and workflows based on findings and business needs. Evaluate how changes in metrics or processes affect overall operations and recommend adjustments accordingly.
Translate analysis into clear, actionable insights and present results visually to stakeholders. Lead collaborative sessions, manage workstream execution, and communicate proactively about progress and obstacles. Maintain project plans and drive accountability to keep initiatives on track.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Business. Two to four years of relevant experience or equivalent practical background. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, with strong skills in quantitative reasoning, modeling, and deriving insights from data.
Demonstrated ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse audiences, including leadership. Must align with core values centered on service, integrity, collaboration, continuous growth, accountability, and personal fulfillment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related discipline
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, or Access
- Background in healthcare, particularly revenue cycle management
