Lead end-to-end client engagements, delivering high-impact analytics projects on time and within budget. You'll design and implement sophisticated data solutions, from advanced reporting systems to interactive tools, using deep technical expertise in SAS, Python, and VBA to extract, process, and analyze complex datasets.
What You'll Do
- Direct key client initiatives, managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions, performing in-depth analyses and presenting actionable insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Use coding to streamline data workflows, improve reporting efficiency, and ensure accuracy across deliverables.
- Own critical elements of client relationships, working closely with teams to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
- Track project performance, identify risks early, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to financial oversight by helping draft statements of work and manage invoicing processes.
- Spot opportunities to expand service offerings and refine internal methodologies to support firm growth.
- Guide and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.
- Support broader organizational goals through involvement in recruitment, training, and internal improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in data analytics within life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
- Deep familiarity with commercial functions in pharma, including sales operations, data management, and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SAS, Python, and VBA, with strong command of Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems using quantitative methods and deliver results under deadlines.
- Experience managing projects and leading teams in a client-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.

This is an onsite role based in Evanston, Illinois. Relocation support is available for qualified candidates.
