What You'll Do
Work closely with senior sales leaders to monitor and evaluate business performance through a data-first lens. You'll analyze key metrics, uncover patterns in sales activity, and deliver actionable insights that inform executive decisions. Own the rhythm and structure of regional operations, ensuring alignment across teams and initiatives.
Lead planning efforts for future expansion, including cross-functional programs that support long-term growth. Support weekly sales operations with performance tracking, pipeline reviews, and governance processes. Develop analytical models to assess sales coverage and optimize performance across the region.
Translate complex findings into clear, presentation-ready summaries tailored for leadership audiences. Your work will directly influence strategic direction and execution in the Middle East market.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Economics, or Computer Science
- Have 2–4 years of experience in analytical roles, preferably in consulting, finance, or SaaS environments
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Apply strong logical thinking to identify root causes behind data trends
- Operate independently with curiosity and initiative
- Communicate technical results clearly and concisely to business stakeholders
- Be fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, or Alteryx
- Proficiency in Arabic
