Solventum is hiring a Senior Account Manager for Dental Solutions in Jinan to lead sales coverage and market development. In this role, you will drive sales activities and customer service within your assigned territory, directly contributing to our mission of enabling better, smarter, safer healthcare. You will partner with healthcare professionals to meld advanced technology with compassion.
What You'll Do
- Achieve sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within your assigned territory.
- Develop a sales strategy, sales plan, and quantitative sales targets for customers aligned with the company's business strategy.
- Coordinate product marketing and promotion activities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Formulate sales plans, visit customers, and develop relationships with existing accounts and new prospects.
- Effectively plan and manage time and resources for optimal territory coverage and sales-related activities.
What We're Looking For
- University graduate with a Medical degree.
- More than two years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Strong learning agility and selling skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Resilient, able to work under pressure, and skilled at problem-solving.
