About the Role

GE HealthCare is hiring an Executive Account Manager (f/m/d) to drive order and sales growth across our portfolio in Germany. In this strategic role, you will build long-term relationships with key executives in large health systems to influence investment levels and increase market share.

What You'll Do

  • Achieve sales, orders, and margin targets for GE HealthCare sales within assigned strategic clients while managing costs.
  • Build long-term strategic client relationships to add value beyond the point of sale.
  • Develop a business plan and strategy to create new opportunities for all GE HealthCare products and services.
  • Continuously develop relationships with key clients, understand their initiatives, and keep leadership informed.
  • Establish and enhance executive-level relationships by resolving issues and integrating all appropriate GE HealthCare resources.
  • Build and leverage strong internal relationships within the EAM Network and the local sales team.
  • Facilitate comprehensive offerings and pricing for large projects in collaboration with commercial operation and Healthcare Partners teams.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with commercial contracts according to GE HealthCare policies.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Significant experience in Account Sales, Marketing, and/or Business Management.
  • Equivalent knowledge and experience in the medical equipment device market.
  • Strong knowledge of the Healthcare High Tech / Health IT Industry and understanding of HealthCare Policy and Strategies in targeted markets.
  • A proven track record of successful relationship building with C-level executives.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and possession of a valid driving license.
  • Strong communication skills in English and German.

Nice to Have

  • A degree in Health IT, biomedical, electro-mechanical, or civil works is an advantage.
  • Experience in Radiology, Cardiology, or Healthcare Digital is a plus.

You will be part of a global network of Executive Account Managers, reporting to the Germany Leadership team.
