Solventum is looking for a Microbiologist to join our team and support product release and quality control. You will perform critical bioburden testing and environmental monitoring in clean room areas. What You'll Do
- Perform bioburden and microbial limits testing for product release.
- Conduct environmental monitoring in clean room areas.
- Create protocols, trend data, and perform lab investigations.
- Handle lab maintenance including cleaning, ordering, making buffers/solutions, and growth promotion.
- Support analytical lab testing (20% of time) including viscosity, titration, and chromatography.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline from an accredited institution (completed prior to start).
- Minimum of two (2) years bench experience in a Micro Lab.
- Minimum of three (3) years of combined GMP experience in a private, public, government and/or military environment.
- Legal authorization to work in country of employment without visa sponsorship (e.g., H1B status).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Micro method development and validation.
- Quality Control (QC) experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Experience with HPLC, GC, and UPLC testing.
- Experience with titration testing.
