Medline Industries is seeking a Machine Operator I - DVT (Days) for our Medline ReNewal facility in Redmond, Oregon. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete reprocessing cycle of compression sleeves and tourniquets, ensuring every step complies with strict standard operating procedures and FDA guidelines to guarantee patient safety.

What You'll Do

Open incoming boxes, remove devices, and prepare materials for processing.
Sort, count, and prepare devices for washing, including placing and removing protective plugs.
Operate washing machines and dryers according to established company standards.
Transport batches of devices between processing stages.
Test air chambers in devices using pressurized air equipment to ensure proper function.
Perform final cleaning of devices with a lint roller to remove any residue.
Fold, package, label, and seal finished devices, verifying accuracy against labels.
Inspect packaging seals and confirm device-label matches.
Prepare final shipping boxes, scan devices for tracking, and palletize completed orders.

What We're Looking For

Ability to communicate in basic English (speak and basic reading) with management and co-workers.
Ability to sit or stand for 10-hour shifts with standard breaks.
Comfort working in a room with washing machines, dryers, and limited space for movement.
Tolerance for a work environment with a continuous moderate to high level of noise.
Ability to lift, push, or pull batches of devices averaging 50 lbs up to 50 times per day.
Ability to perform repetitive and small-motion tasks throughout the shift.
Focused and detail-oriented mindset to identify product discrepancies and take appropriate action.

Nice to Have

High School Diploma or GED.
Prior work experience in a manufacturing role.
