RSM is hiring a National Events & Meetings Associate to support, plan, and execute internal and external programs that facilitate specific business objectives. You will be self-motivated and capable of coordinating logistics in a fast-paced environment as part of our Meetings & Events Team.
What You'll Do
- Work with MET team members and internal business partners to understand program goals and facilitate supporting meeting strategy and execution.
- Assist with coordinating venue site searches, reviewing proposals, and identifying best options based on cost, service, and value.
- Assist with planning all event logistics including hotel room blocks, sourcing, food & beverage, audio visual, entertainment, transportation, signage, and décor.
- Research and plan off-site program activities such as dinners, cruises, and golf outings.
- Support post-event reconciliation, including final venue billing, vendor invoices, attendee reports, and program budget.
- Travel to programs as needed to provide onsite support and execution.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to travel
- Proficient skill level in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Cvent software experience
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail
- Pleasant demeanor and ability to build relationships with colleagues and external vendors

- Associate’s degree

- Compensation range: $61,400 - $101,800
