Autodesk is hiring a Sr. Territory Manager - Food & Beverage, Northeast US

About the Role

Donaldson Company is hiring a Sr. Territory Manager - Food & Beverage, Northeast US to lead sales growth in this key market. In this remote role, you will be responsible for selling filtration products directly to manufacturers and through resellers, focusing on strategic territory development and partner enablement.

What You'll Do

  • Grow sales within the assigned Northeast region.
  • Manage direct end-user relationships.
  • Recruit and accelerate sales with distributor partners.
  • Train distributors and end users to maximize sales potential.
  • Identify and grow process filtration business with food and beverage equipment manufacturers (OEM), engineering firms, and strategic end-users.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow revenue and profitability.
  • Expand the customer base through networking, lead follow-up, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with our field sales and inside sales team to cultivate and share leads.
  • Develop and maintain an opportunity funnel within Microsoft CRM.
  • Travel within the geographic territory at least 60% of the time.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of outside sales experience and 3+ years of experience covering a multi-state territory.
  • OR a High School diploma and 7+ years of outside sales experience and 3+ years of experience covering a multi-state territory.

Nice to Have

  • Process Filtration experience.
  • Food & Beverage manufacturing/industry experience.
  • Prior experience selling through distributors, resellers, and engineering firms.
  • Strong sales aptitude.
  • Experienced territory management skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.

Team & Environment

You will be collaborating closely with our field sales and inside sales team to cultivate and share leads.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $93,800 - $122,000

Work Mode

This is a remote position based in the Northeast US, covering states including NY, CT, MA, NH, VT, RI, and ME.
