About the Role

Garnerhealth is hiring a Sr. Technical Sourcer for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will focus on building robust pipelines and developing creative sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates. You'll partner closely with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers in a mission-driven, high-performing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates across multiple technical disciplines using diverse sourcing tools, channels, and methods.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, target profiles, and sourcing priorities.
  • Conduct thorough intake discussions to align on sourcing strategies, market insights, and search expectations.
  • Deliver an exceptional outreach and initial candidate experience that reflects Garner’s values and mission.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within the ATS to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to help influence search strategy and hiring decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing and/or full cycle recruiting.
  • Proven success building pipelines for engineering, data, or product roles and engaging passive talent.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative approach when partnering with recruiters and hiring teams.
  • Creativity and persistence in finding talent through multiple sourcing channels, from traditional tools to unconventional methods.
  • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.

Nice to Have

  • Experience ideally in a high-growth environment, startup, or tech company.
