Rula is hiring a Sr. Strategic Partnerships Manager to build relationships and drive growth through key national accounts. You will thrive in ambiguity, drawing energy from creating, testing, and scaling playbooks that align partner goals with tangible business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Create, test, and scale playbooks to align partner goals with business growth outcomes.
- Expand Rula's footprint with key national accounts.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of related healthcare sales experience.
- 5+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development, with a track record of top 25% performance.
- 3+ years working with enterprise clients (3,000+ employees).
- Experience working in an external customer facing role where effective and succinct communication (written and verbal) is crucial.
- Experience selling into HR, health plans, broker/consulting firms and/or other adjacent industries, including selling to executive decision makers.
Nice to Have
- 1+ years experience at a high-growth start-up.
- Experience with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and managing a sales pipeline and forecasting.
- Experience with the full sales cycle (e.g., prospecting, sales, and account management).
- Experience selling multi-stakeholder deals.
- Marketplace experience.
