EX Squared is hiring a Sr. Strategic Account Manager to own and nurture relationships with our key enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring client success, and identifying strategic expansion opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize growth and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders.
- Forecast revenue accurately and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met and exceeded.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks within your account portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, key account management, or enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar account portfolios.
- Experience with complex sales cycles and C-level negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills for account planning and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
- Background in consultative selling and value-based selling methodologies.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools.
