EX Squared is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to manage and grow key client relationships. You will join a global team focused on ensuring our customers achieve their goals and maximize the value from our partnership.
What You'll Do
- Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts to drive adoption and success
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact
- Analyze customer health metrics and develop strategies to mitigate risk and expand value
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer feedback into product and service improvements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Egypt. You will collaborate with colleagues across different time zones in a global environment.
