EX Squared is seeking a Remote Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is based in Colombia and focuses on providing exceptional support to our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and track complex problems
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing support or service role
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located within Colombia.
