EX Squared is seeking a Remote Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is based in Colombia and focuses on providing exceptional support to our customers.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and track complex problems
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer-facing support or service role
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Fluent in English and Spanish
