EX Squared is looking for a Senior Customer Success Specialist to build and nurture customer relationships across the Nordics Region. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring clients achieve significant value from our audio AI technology.
What You'll Do
- Drive customer engagement and product adoption across the Nordics Region.
- Onboard and enable customers to leverage audio AI technology effectively.
- Help clients overcome challenges and achieve measurable results to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
- Directly link customer success with revenue growth, contributing to the overall business strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong track record of driving product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to help clients achieve measurable results.
- Experience with customer onboarding, enablement, and building long-term strategic relationships.
- Professional proficiency in English and a Nordic language relevant to the region.
Work Mode
This is a remote position operating on a global schedule, open to candidates based within the Nordics Region.
