EX Squared is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support our operations across the EMEA region. This remote position is key to managing our commercial legal affairs and mitigating risk.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert legal counsel on a wide variety of commercial matters for the EMEA region.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts and agreements.
- Identify and advise on legal risks and compliance issues.
- Partner with internal business teams to facilitate their operational goals.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience in commercial law.
- Proven track record of providing legal support for business operations in the EMEA region.
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the EMEA region.
