EX Squared is hiring a Remote Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support across our global organization. This role offers the opportunity to advise on international business matters from a remote position based in France.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert legal counsel on a variety of corporate and commercial matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements
- Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management strategies
- Support the business in navigating international legal frameworks
What We're Looking For
- A qualified lawyer with a valid license to practice law
- Proven experience providing in-house or external legal counsel for international businesses
- Strong expertise in contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse legal portfolio
