EX Squared is seeking a Remote Compliance Officer to ensure our business practices adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance, conducting assessments, and providing guidance to maintain our operational integrity.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise on necessary operational adjustments.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead compliance training initiatives for employees.
