EX Squared is hiring an Accounting Manager to lead the financial reporting and operational accounting functions. You will ensure the integrity of financial data and support the company's financial strategy in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting activities.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting function.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing full-cycle accounting operations in a corporate or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience with financial systems and process optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position based in the United States. You will be part of a distributed team and must be eligible to work in the US.
