EX Squared is seeking a dedicated Account Management Specialist to join our team. This full-time role focuses on managing and nurturing client relationships to drive growth and ensure satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with internal teams to execute retention and expansion strategies
- Monitor account health, proactively address challenges, and ensure client objectives are met

- Proven experience in an account management, client success, or similar client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering client value
Work Mode
This is a full-time, remote position. Candidates must be based in Chile.
