EX Squared is looking for a Remote Client Success Specialist to serve as the dedicated advocate for our clients. You'll be responsible for building strong, trusted relationships and ensuring clients derive maximum value from our services.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients
- Proactively monitor client health, identify risks, and develop success plans
- Conduct regular business reviews to align on goals, report on value, and gather feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and resolve client issues
- Drive client retention, satisfaction, and identify opportunities for account growth
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client success, account management, or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and work independently
- Experience using CRM platforms (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and success metrics
