EX Squared is hiring a Senior Customer Success Representative to serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for our client portfolio. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring clients derive maximum value from our partnership and achieve their business goals.
What You'll Do
- Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of enterprise clients, acting as their primary advocate.
- Proactively manage client health through regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to represent client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks to client satisfaction and retention, developing success plans to address challenges.
- Drive product adoption and expansion by understanding client objectives and aligning our solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within a B2B or technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing and growing high-value client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the discipline to excel in a fully remote setting.
