SAP Software Solutions is seeking a Sr Specialist - SEO to join our Business Applications and Technology team. In this technical consultant role, you will be responsible for supporting Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) customers for SAP's innovative products. You will assess and solve technical issues and collaborate closely with team members to ensure customer success.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end SAP service delivery aligned with defined KPIs, including pre-sales technical support.
- Design, build, and support complex SAP landscapes across platforms and the latest hardware technologies, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Independently manage complex projects, resolve technical challenges, handle escalations, and conduct root cause analyses for critical issues.
- Ensure thorough documentation of all manual installation and upgrade procedures, along with best practices, and roll out this knowledge to local and global teams.
- Standardize complex activities and convert them into standards. Work closely with Architecture teams and product support to define and validate new offerings.
- Install products according to ECS standards.
- Perform migration to ECS Data Centers, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Manage cross-platform moves of customer landscapes.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with good knowledge of ITIL and project management methodologies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Service and Project Management.
- Profound knowledge with 10+ years of experience as a Technical SAP NetWeaver Consultant (ABAP and Java basis administration), including installation and upgrade of innovative SAP products on HANA, ASE, Linux, and Windows platforms.
- Proven expertise in leading end-to-end manual SAP system installations and upgrades across ABAP and non-ABAP environments.
- Hands-on experience with non-ABAP SAP products such as XSA, SAP IDM, BOBJ, OpenText, and SAP BRIM.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, system conversion, implementation paths, migration tools, and high availability/disaster recovery concepts.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and additional databases/OS platforms such as MaxDB, MSSQL, and RedHat Linux.
