Join a growing fintech organization as an IT Technician responsible for supporting end-users and maintaining corporate IT systems across multiple office locations. You will play a key role in deploying and managing workstations, handling access rights, and ensuring reliable IT operations in a regulated environment governed by FINMA standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and deliver end-user devices using standardized procedures, ensuring smooth handover and setup
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT equipment—from procurement and deployment to decommissioning and disposal
- Respond to user incidents and service requests by identifying, logging, analyzing, and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Provide on-site and remote support across Geneva, Lausanne, and Zurich offices
- Maintain and enhance corporate applications and internal tools
- Administer core infrastructure including local networks, printers, and mobile devices
- Oversee user access permissions and ensure compliance with security policies
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of three years in IT support or system administration roles
- Hands-on experience managing Linux, macOS, and Windows environments
- Working knowledge of Azure services, including Office 365, SharePoint, Intune, and Windows Defender
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, particularly in financial sectors
- Fluency in English; working knowledge of French is required
- Must be based in Switzerland and available for inter-office travel
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce, including customization or development experience
- Scripting experience in Python
- Exposure to Go programming language
