Bristol Myers Squibb is looking for a (Sr.) SFE Manager-Incentive to act as the sales incentive owner within Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE). You will provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales incentive operational efficiency and drive continual improvements. Your work will directly support business strategy and help transform the lives of patients.
What You'll Do
- Design and optimize annual and special incentive programs based on business strategy, market benchmarks, and budget.
- Simulate, calculate, and validate monthly incentive payouts.
- Communicate policy to management and the sales force.
- Provide quarterly payout analysis to management.
- Control incentive budgets effectively.
- Support sales operations and process tracking initiatives.
- Handle ad hoc projects for data analytics.
What We're Looking For
