CenterWell Pharmacy, Inc. is looking for a Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales based in Raleigh Durham, NC. In this leadership role, you will motivate and drive a team of Medicare Sales Field Agents who sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries in a field setting. You will be responsible for coaching the team, cultivating key relationships, and developing marketing strategies.
What You'll Do
- Coach, mentor, educate, motivate, and train a team of Medicare Sales Field Agents.
- Cultivate, maintain, and build relationships with customers, internal and external business partners, and the community.
- Interact with individuals and groups through telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interactions.
- Develop marketing budgets and look for branding opportunities.
- Resolve operational problems and provide creative solutions to increase sales while following CMS guidelines.
- Lead a team of sales associates and train them in successful sales techniques, educational presentation skills, and building community relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Must reside in the Raleigh Durham, NC area or be willing to relocate.
- Active Health & Life Insurance Licenses.
- 2 or more years of sales leadership experience.
- 6 or more years of experience working in the insurance industry.
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Ability to lead a sales team and train them in successful techniques, presentation skills, utilizing technology tools, and building relationships with communities and medical providers.
- Strong aptitude for technology with proficiency in MS Office products, various CRM platforms, and various iPhone app capabilities.
- Must be a strong leader and strong producer.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt and overcome when necessary.
- Community Engagement/Grassroots experience in marketing Medicare plans in the community.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
- Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Prior experience working in Medicare and the health solutions industry.
- Engaged with the community through service, organizations, activities and volunteerism.
- Project management background or certification.
- Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write without limitations or assistance.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $77,000 - $105,100 per year.
- Base salary with a competitive commission structure.
