About the Role

DexCom Inc is hiring a Sr Sales Operations Analyst - Platforms (Storefront Manager) to own the strategy, operations, and optimization of our sales and marketing storefront platform. This role serves as the primary liaison between our internal field teams, marketing stakeholders, and the external storefront vendor, ensuring the platform effectively supports sales, reduces print dependency, and maximizes ROI.

What You'll Do

  • Own the sales and marketing storefront as the primary digital interface for the sales team.
  • Manage content availability, organization, usability, and governance within the platform.
  • Ensure the storefront supports omnichannel activation and aligns with go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with IT, marketing, events, and other stakeholders to ensure platform functionality and access are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between field teams and the storefront vendor.
  • Translate field feedback into platform enhancements, workflows, and vendor requirements.
  • Manage vendor performance, service levels, and roadmap alignment.
  • Lead regular vendor and stakeholder touchpoints to review performance, issues, and opportunities.
  • Track platform utilization, asset usage, and ordering behavior across field teams.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize content mix, formats, and workflows.
  • Drive adoption of digital and omnichannel assets to reduce reliance on print materials.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Own and manage the storefront budget, including vendor costs, print spend, and optimization initiatives.
  • Monitor spend vs. utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Build business cases for investment shifts from print to digital and omnichannel solutions.
  • Develop and deliver ongoing reporting on platform utilization, print vs. digital usage trends, cost savings, ROI, and omnichannel activation impact.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Vendor Management, or a related analytical role, preferably in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with sales and marketing tools and platforms.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and across geographies.
  • Collaborative mindset and thrive in cross-functional teams, acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to drive continuous improvement in processes and systems.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience working with Generative AI, developing chat bots or other business use cases of this technology.

  • Compensation range: $87,000.00 - $145,000.00.
