Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (SEA) is looking for a Senior Sales Manager - Home Electronics to drive revenue and profitability for the Television category across key retail accounts. You will manage day-to-day operations, including pricing, financial planning, and sales program execution, while working closely with internal and external teams.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue growth and profitability for the Television category at BJ’s and Meijer.
- Manage day-to-day account operations, including pricing, financial planning, and sales program execution.
- Manage Samsung’s Sell In and Sell Through planning, inventory management, and KPI metrics.
- Collaborate with key retailers to plan promotions (in-store and online) and analyze return on investment.
- Work with merchant teams to grow the business in key categories, including TV, Audio, Memory, and Monitors.
- Execute business strategy by aligning with merchant and executive teams on mutually beneficial plans.
- Interface daily with internal teams (Product Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, PSI, Training & Store Support) and externally with the Dealer Purchasing Team.
- Achieve management plans for all product categories while maintaining optimal weeks of supply.
- Create competitive programs and promotions with retail partners to maximize MDF investment and enhance customer experience across all marketing platforms.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- 8 or more years of relevant experience in the Consumer Electronics or Information Technology retail business.
- Strong working knowledge of all levels of the retail network with a background in account management, purchasing, or operations.
- Strong technical and computer skills.
- Good presentation skills and strong oral and written communication for reporting.
- Strong product knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact with all levels of both customer and Samsung environments.
- Ability to adapt quickly and successfully manage multiple critical tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and clear, decisive decision-making.

- Compensation varies by region: New Jersey & New York: $157,500 to $195,000; Florida, North Carolina & Georgia: $131,500 to $162,500; Pennsylvania: $138,000 to $170,500; Massachusetts: $144,500 to $178,500.
