LegalMatch Philippines is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative to play a key role in boosting lead generation and revenue. As a senior member of the team, you will secure high-quality appointments in a fast-paced, results-driven environment focused on legal technology.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to secure quality appointments that drive conversions.
- Deliver confident, persuasive conversations with excellent objection handling.
- Meet and exceed conversion targets consistently.
- Keep CRM data clean, complete, and updated.
- Analyze trends, raise insights, and improve the lead funnel.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of lead generation or sales experience.
- Minimum 1 year of B2B experience.
- A strong and consistent conversion history.
- Excellent spoken English that is clear, engaging, and mature.
- Skill in handling different prospect types.
- Highly organized with the ability to adapt approaches quickly.
