Adyen is hiring a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join its healthcare initiative. In this remote role, you will define and execute the product marketing foundation that connects Phamily’s platform and services to the needs of SMB and enterprise healthcare organizations. You will translate complex technology into clear, outcome-driven narratives and develop scalable GTM frameworks, messaging architectures, and launch playbooks.
What You'll Do
- Build and lead Phamily’s enterprise product marketing function, establishing frameworks, tools, and processes for positioning, launching, and enablement.
- Define and refine enterprise buyer personas, segmentation, and messaging.
- Partner with product, solutions, and go-to-market teams to translate features into compelling, benefit-led narratives.
- Lead GTM planning for product launches, aligning cross-functional teams on positioning, pricing, messaging, and enablement.
- Equip teams with best-in-class enablement materials.
- Develop competitive intelligence on key players in the care management and digital health ecosystem.
- Influence roadmap and strategy by serving as the voice of the market.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
- 4+ years in product marketing focused on healthcare buyers.
- Proven success in building or scaling product marketing processes in a growth-stage or enterprise SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape — health systems, payers, value-based care models, and operational workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with product and sales leadership to drive go-to-market alignment and measurable revenue impact.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft clear, strategic messaging for executive audiences.
- Experience creating enablement and launch assets that directly support enterprise deal cycles.
- An analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc).
- Strong project management skills and comfort with Microsoft Excel.
