Shape the future of channel marketing for a growing cloud-native platform by leading strategic initiatives that connect partners, drive demand, and accelerate revenue. In this role, you’ll develop and execute marketing plans tailored to partner ecosystems, aligning closely with sales and product teams to ensure go-to-market success.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement channel marketing strategies that support partner engagement and business growth.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify target accounts and launch account-based campaigns.
- Develop multi-channel content including email, social media, blogs, case studies, and sales enablement tools.
- Lead the planning and execution of partner events such as webinars, trade shows, and forums—from concept through post-event analysis.
- Optimize marketing materials and messaging for maximum impact across digital and print platforms.
- Use marketing data to track performance, measure ROI, and refine future strategies.
- Collaborate with operations and sales to ensure marketing leads are effectively followed up and converted.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner programs, or account-based marketing.
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable results.
- Strong grasp of partner dynamics and channel sales models.
- Experience creating compelling content across formats, including video scripts, white papers, and digital campaigns.
- Skilled in event management, with a track record of coordinating large-scale partner events.
- Comfortable using analytics to guide decisions and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and with external stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $100,000 – $115,000, plus equity and performance-based incentives. Work Environment
This is a hybrid role open to U.S.-based candidates. Local candidates in Sacramento are expected to work in person up to three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday), while those in the SF Bay Area are expected one day per week (Tuesday). Remote applicants from other U.S. locations are welcome to apply.
