Zinier is seeking a hands-on, growth-focused Marketing Manager to join their global team in a remote-first role based in North America. This individual will drive content creation, digital marketing, events, and sales enablement while shaping the company's market presence and influencing buyer decisions through compelling storytelling and campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Own content creation, digital sales enablement, digital marketing, and events
- Feed back market insights to the broader organization
- Shape how the company scales through campaigns, events, and customer stories
- Build and scale a digital marketing engine
- Influence how marketing evolves across the business
- Create assets that influence how buyers think, engage, and make decisions
- Tell compelling stories and amplify customer success
- Experiment, iterate, and deliver work that results in real business impact
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS within scale-up organizations
- Hands-on experience across content creation, digital marketing, events, and sales enablement
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
- Experience partnering closely with commercial organization
- Track record of bringing new, creative, and innovative ideas to marketing programs
