Chime is looking for a Customer Advocacy Specialist to establish and manage our customer advocacy engine. You will be responsible for capturing, coordinating, and activating customer stories, referrals, quotes, and proof points to strengthen our reputation and drive adoption, new business, and upsells. Sitting within Product Marketing, this role ensures customer evidence is consistently surfaced and leveraged across the funnel.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage customer advocacy and referral programs.
- Source and coordinate customer stories, quotes, and proof points.
- Support creation of ROI-backed case studies and customer evidence.
- Maintain a consistent cadence of customer communications.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and CX to activate customer proof throughout GTM.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or a similar GTM role.
- Strong ability to develop stories from qualitative and quantitative data.
- Ability to develop and tell compelling stories that drive new business and upsells.
- Experience creating short and long-form enablement content including sales sheets, ROI calculators, white papers, webinars, and other materials.
- Experience with GTM campaigns for upsells, cross-sells, and feature releases.
- Strong project coordination and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to turn customer insights into clear narratives and assets.

- Salary range: $95,000 - $105,000.
