What You'll Do
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the Saudi market, aligned with regional objectives and go-to-market priorities. Drive measurable pipeline growth through integrated campaigns using digital channels, virtual events, webinars, email marketing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
Lead execution of in-person and virtual initiatives including executive roundtables, industry exhibitions such as LEAP, and government-focused events to strengthen visibility across key sectors. Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and business development to ensure marketing efforts directly support revenue goals and named account strategies.
Design and manage co-marketing programs with local partners, distributors, and system integrators to expand reach and accelerate joint sales opportunities. Adapt global messaging to meet local cultural, regulatory, and market requirements while maintaining brand consistency.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Salesforce.com, Marketo, and Power BI to measure ROI, pipeline contribution, and engagement. Deliver actionable insights to sales and marketing leadership, and refine strategies based on data and regional feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B marketing within enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or data management environments
- Deep understanding of the Saudi IT market, including public sector procurement processes and enterprise buying cycles
- Track record of leading successful marketing campaigns targeting end customers and channel partners
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, written and spoken
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media, and localized content development
- Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, and vendors in KSA
- Solid background in ABM strategies focused on government and large enterprise accounts
- Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving market
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across technical and commercial teams
- Willingness to travel as needed for events, meetings, and partner engagements
