Workday is hiring a Senior Partner Development Manager to run a portfolio of high-impact partners within the Connect Partner Program. You will develop key relationships to offer best-in-class complementary solutions within the Workday Marketplace, championing and growing a set of software partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of high-impact partners within the Connect Partner Program.
- Develop relationships to offer best-in-class complementary offerings within the Workday Marketplace.
- Champion and grow a set of software partnerships.
- Engage with current and potential partners to develop, approve and deploy top tier validated solutions to customers.
- Collaborate successfully with cross-functional stakeholders to obtain partnership objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of FINS, HCM or adjacent software experience at an Enterprise SaaS organization.
- 2+ years of partner business development experience.
- 3+ years of Software experience, directly managing software partnerships aimed at driving pipeline and revenue growth.

The role is part of the Partner Innovation organization within the Global Partner Organization (GPO). The partner management team manages top tier software partnerships.
Benefits & Compensation
- Primary Location Base Pay Range: $122,200 USD - $183,200 USD.
- Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $116,000 USD - $206,200 USD.
- This role may be eligible for annual refresh stock grants.

This is a hybrid role located in USA.GA.Home Office.
