Workday is hiring a Senior Partner Development Manager to run a portfolio of high-impact partners within the Connect Partner Program. You will develop key relationships to offer best-in-class complementary solutions within the Workday Marketplace, championing and growing a set of software partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of high-impact partners within the Connect Partner Program.
• Develop relationships to offer best-in-class complementary offerings within the Workday Marketplace.
• Champion and grow a set of software partnerships.
• Engage with current and potential partners to develop, approve and deploy top tier validated solutions to customers.
• Collaborate successfully with cross-functional stakeholders to obtain partnership objectives.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of FINS, HCM or adjacent software experience at an Enterprise SaaS organization.
• 2+ years of partner business development experience.
• 3+ years of Software experience, directly managing software partnerships aimed at driving pipeline and revenue growth.

Team & Environment

The role is part of the Partner Innovation organization within the Global Partner Organization (GPO). The partner management team manages top tier software partnerships.

Benefits & Compensation

• Primary Location Base Pay Range: $122,200 USD - $183,200 USD.
• Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $116,000 USD - $206,200 USD.
• This role may be eligible for annual refresh stock grants.

This is a hybrid role located in USA.GA.Home Office.
