Shape the future of digital finance as the Institutional Technology Sales Director for South Europe. You'll be responsible for expanding market presence by identifying new business opportunities, closing strategic deals, and nurturing long-term relationships with institutional clients in the financial technology space.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development through proactive outreach and sales execution across South Europe
- Oversee client success and retention, ensuring strong renewal rates and ongoing satisfaction
- Create and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with company goals and market dynamics
- Manage all stages of the sales pipeline using the company CRM, from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Lead responses to RFI/RFP processes in collaboration with internal teams
- Develop and maintain up-to-date sales collateral for client presentations and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with product and partner teams to align offerings with market needs and ensure smooth handovers
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to generate leads and visibility
- Support partnership development with consultants, technology providers, and other key players in the institutional ecosystem
- Monitor competitive trends and contribute to marketing and public relations initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in sales, preferably within institutional fintech or high-growth technology environments
- Proven track record in building and executing sales strategies in fast-evolving markets
- Strong interest in digital assets, cryptocurrency, and the transformation of financial infrastructure
- Fluency in English and at least one of Italian or Spanish
- Willingness to travel across Europe as needed
