Niagara Bottling is hiring a Sr. Manufacturing Technology Specialist to drive operational excellence within our warehouse operations. This remote role focuses on developing managers and supervisors across our manufacturing plants through innovative training, process improvement, and Lean methodologies. You'll need agility, sound judgment, and a problem-solving mindset to succeed in this dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver training to Warehouse Leadership (Supervisors & Managers) and conduct pre/post-training assessments.
- Manage the development of in-person courses and ongoing support materials aligned with the overall training strategy.
- Create end-user training documentation and support materials in collaboration with the Content Coordinator.
- Transfer knowledge to Warehouse Managers/Supervisors and coach them on course material development.
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops for new Warehouse Manager/Supervisor onboarding.
- Conduct internal and final technical reviews of all training and eLearning courseware.
- Communicate effectively with training stakeholders for requirement gathering.
- Support periodic training needs assessments to ensure training objectives are met.
- Spearhead the development of quality initiatives, process improvements, and Lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other Technical Services groups or vendors to develop Skills Assessments for technical personnel.
- Lead curriculum design for training programs, including instructor-led, online, and alternative activities.
- Assist in developing and writing content for traditional and e-learning materials.
- Support and drive key warehouse metrics: Safety, quality, process time, inventory, financials, asset management, and space utilization.
- Leverage a deep understanding of warehouse processes, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory, and business processes.
- Configure and improve the Warehouse Management System (WMS) functionality, understanding its database structure.
- Identify high-level risk areas at each site and develop written training plans to address them.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Warehouse Distribution Management/Leadership.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar position.
- 2+ years of experience managing people or projects.
- Ability to travel 80% domestically and internationally.
- Bachelor's Degree in a field related to manufacturing.
Nice to Have
- 6+ years of experience in the field or a similar manufacturing environment.
- 6+ years of experience working in a similar position.
- 4+ years of experience managing people or projects.
- Master's Degree in business, education, or a related field.
- ATD Certification.
- Elementary Proficiency in Spanish.

- Annual Salary Range: $85,229.38 - $123,582.61.
