LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Sr. Solutions Consultant, Identity Verification to support presales engagements at the forefront of digital identity. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope, design, and deliver compelling IDV solutions for some of the world's most regulated and security-conscious organizations.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives to identify client needs and recommend IDV workflows.
- Deliver high-impact demos and technical deep-dives on IDV capabilities like document verification, selfie match, and liveness checks.
- Serve as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to final proposal.
- Lead detailed discovery sessions to gather requirements across compliance, risk, fraud, and engineering stakeholders.
- Document and design IDV workflows, including fallback logic, decision trees, and integration points.
- Translate business goals into clearly scoped technical solutions and success criteria.
- Lead structured Proof of Concepts with KPIs tied to performance metrics.
- Coordinate with Delivery for test environment setup, data validation, and troubleshooting.
- Partner with product and engineering to ensure test coverage and resolve technical blockers.
- Relay customer feedback to Product to influence roadmap prioritization.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise on IDV industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Support sales enablement by reviewing playbooks and creating reusable demo assets.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in a solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical presales role within SaaS or Security/IDV.
- Familiarity with IDV technologies, including OCR, facial biometrics, passive/active liveness, and fraud detection.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SDK integration (iOS/Android/web), and developer onboarding.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

- Prior experience supporting regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, crypto, or telecom.

- Compensation varies by location: Minnesota, Hawaii, Colorado: $113,100 - $188,500; Illinois, Maryland, Washington: $118,700 - $197,900; California and Washington DC: $130,100 - $216,800; New York and New Jersey: $124,500 - $207,400.
