This position is designed for recent UAE National civil engineering graduates aiming to build a strong foundation in highway and road design. You'll work under close guidance to apply fundamental engineering principles to real-world infrastructure projects, gaining practical experience in design methodologies and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out engineering tasks related to highway design using foundational civil engineering techniques
- Engage in a structured rotational program offering exposure to areas such as Project Controls, Procurement, and Construction Management
- Develop proficiency in CAE and CAD software for engineering modeling and documentation
- Learn and apply company-specific engineering standards and procedures
- Support project teams with technical work and data analysis under supervision
- Travel or relocate as needed to client sites, supplier locations, or construction zones
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Relevant internship or academic project experience in civil design or engineering
- Basic understanding of engineering principles across civil and related disciplines
- Working knowledge of CAD and standard engineering software tools
- Openness to travel and site-based assignments
