The Solution Consultant, Legal Tech is responsible for guiding potential clients through the evaluation phase by applying in-depth understanding of legal technology platforms and professional workflows. This role bridges customer needs with technical capabilities, ensuring prospects clearly see the value of implemented solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to assess client requirements and align them with appropriate software and content offerings
- Conduct insightful product demonstrations tailored to specific legal use cases and operational challenges
- Lead discovery sessions, process workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate solution fit
- Advise internal teams and clients on best practices for adoption, configuration, and long-term success
- Deliver educational sessions on new features, releases, and platform capabilities
- Support onboarding and customer success planning to drive engagement and retention
- Represent the company at webinars, customer events, and industry forums to strengthen client relationships
- Facilitate design-thinking and process improvement workshops to uncover innovation opportunities
Qualifications
Candidates should bring experience in legal technology environments and a proven ability to engage with clients in a consultative capacity. Familiarity with SaaS or enterprise software sales cycles is essential, along with strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Background in legal workflows or legal software platforms
- Experience delivering product demonstrations and technical consultations
- Ability to lead stakeholder discussions and translate business needs into solution requirements
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset
- Track record of contributing to thought leadership or presenting at events
- Collaborative approach with sales, product, and customer success teams
Technology Environment
The role engages with a suite of legal technology tools including HighQ, Legal Tracker, CoCounsel, Practical Law, Westlaw, Contract Express, Checkpoint World, and Hosted Rulebook Solution. Proficiency across these platforms enables accurate scoping and validation of client-specific use cases.
