Deckers Outdoor Corporation is hiring a Manager, Global Demand CoE to lead global demand planning initiatives and act as Product Owner for our planning tools. In this role, you will connect systems, processes, and people to drive transformation and process harmonization within our Global Integrated Planning Center of Excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead global and regional end-to-end demand planning processes, aligning cross-functional teams and translating business needs into platform requirements.
- Develop and execute the Demand Planning roadmap, aligning with broader supply chain strategy and driving digitization initiatives.
- Serve as Product Owner for demand planning technology (e.g., o9), managing product backlogs, refining user stories, and ensuring successful delivery.
- Monitor and report on key planning KPIs, improve training materials, and drive user engagement and adoption.
- Standardize and harmonize planning practices globally, leading change management efforts and ensuring smooth transitions to new processes.
What We're Looking For
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- 6–7+ years in demand or sales planning, merchandising, or integrated business planning.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise demand planning platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and resilience in a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have
- MBA preferred.
- Experience in footwear, apparel, or fashion preferred.
- Familiarity with AGILE project management is a plus.
