Thriveworks is looking for a Clinical Talk Therapist to join our team. In this remote role, you will be an active member of the clinical team, responsible for delivering high-quality synchronous counseling to help improve participants' quality of life and wellbeing. You'll collaborate closely with operations and clinical teams to enhance the participant experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver 30 hours of direct counseling care per week.
- Take concurrent notes during sessions.
- Complete treatment plans and other required documentation.
- Attend treatment team meetings with the customer, as applicable.
- Attend weekly Synchronous Health team meetings.
- Advocate for the participant regarding their clinical needs.
- Liaise closely with Customer Success activities and requests.
- Bring successful models and techniques from other experiences to support participants.
- Support the development of materials for communication, outreach, and marketing.
- Serve as first point of contact for escalation for displeased participants.
- Report to the Operations team as second point of escalation if concerns are unresolved.
- Keep abreast of new developments in clinical care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT (license must be able to practice without supervision) in the state of Massachusetts.
- Informed on state tele-health policies.
- Comfortable with technology and conducting sessions via tele-health.
- Capability to build therapeutic relationships in a virtual platform.
- Polished, professional virtual presence.
- Strong ability to identify markers for appropriate level of care.
- Experience with treating a variety of conditions and disorders as part of a comprehensive treatment plan with an interdisciplinary team.
- Ability to use technologies for administrative and clinical support (scheduling, notes, chat, web-based or app-based interventions).
- Must pass a background check.
- Ability to work remote, in a secure, private location (outpatient office or home office).
- Access to smartphone, laptop, and internet connection.
