About the Role

Lyra Health is hiring a Sr. Insights Analyst to serve as a key, customer-facing analyst. You will be responsible for transforming complex performance data into compelling, actionable narratives that validate Lyra's value, drive adoption, and ensure successful account retention and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Partner directly with Account Management, Customer Development, and Product teams to deliver tailored, persuasive narratives that articulate Lyra’s value and drive specific customer business action.
  • Serve as a consultative partner to customer's internal analytical and benefits teams, ensuring our reporting informs their population health and financial strategies.
  • Utilize expert proficiency in BI tools and automation platforms to build and maintain customized, executive-ready dashboards and templates for large accounts.
  • Proactively analyze customer data to identify emerging trends, anomalies, or successes, connecting findings to Lyra’s thought leadership and product capabilities.
  • Work closely with the internal Data Operations team to ensure underlying data models for customer-facing reports are reliable, scalable, and accurate.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within SaaS, healthcare, or consulting with direct client-facing responsibilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization, business intelligence tools, and SQL for querying complex datasets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data analysis into simple, compelling visual and narrative formats for executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically about business objectives and use data to form proactive, consultative recommendations.
  • Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and partnering effectively with non-technical business users.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Analytics) required.

  • Compensation range: $85,000 to $117,000 + equity through discretionary restricted stock units.
