Work within a growing revenue operations function to modernize outdated reporting systems by building intuitive, interactive dashboards in Tableau. Your focus will be on uncovering the story behind the numbers—going beyond metrics to explain why trends occur and where opportunities lie. You’ll partner closely with teams across collections, registration, and other operational areas to understand workflows, surface unmet needs, and design reporting solutions that support better decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Develop and refine Tableau dashboards that make data accessible and meaningful to non-technical users
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate those into effective visual analytics
- Collaborate with database and backend analysts to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and usability
- Ask probing questions to identify not just what data is requested, but the underlying business need
- Iterate on reporting designs based on user feedback and evolving requirements
- Support end users through troubleshooting, documentation, and training initiatives
- Contribute to knowledge sharing by developing user guides and leading educational sessions
- Stay curious—test new approaches and embrace challenges as chances to improve processes
Requirements
- Proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets and communicate them clearly
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in exploring data using SQL, Excel, or similar tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a track record of building trust across teams
- Ability to ask the right questions and dig into the root of business problems
- A growth mindset—eager to learn and adapt in a changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Tableau skills, including calculated fields, parameters, and dashboard interactivity
- Background in healthcare analytics or revenue cycle processes
- Familiarity with SQL, ETL pipelines, data modeling, or data warehouse architecture
- Experience in process improvement, agile delivery, or change management
- Prior experience training or supporting business users on BI platforms
