What You'll Do
Design and manage automated Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights to marketing and go-to-market functions. Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring reporting tools are accurate, efficient, and easy to use. Develop standardized frameworks that consolidate disparate data sources and promote self-service analytics across teams.
Collaborate with data engineers to maintain pipelines and resolve data quality issues. Investigate anomalies using SQL and exploratory methods, providing clear context around metrics to strengthen decision-making. Support stakeholders by clarifying KPI logic, dashboard functionality, and performance indicators. Act as the primary contact for BI inquiries, prioritizing and scoping requests based on business impact.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives such as system migrations, KPI alignment, and data governance improvements. Deliver documentation and training to increase data fluency and adoption within marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of direct experience using Power BI in a business or SaaS setting
- Proficient in Power Query and DAX for modeling complex datasets and defining business metrics
- Proven ability to build user-friendly dashboards tailored to business users
- Strong SQL skills, including writing and optimizing complex queries
- Experience connecting Power BI to data sources such as SQL databases, Azure, Excel, Salesforce, and advertising platforms
- Familiarity with marketing technologies including Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Marketo
- Experience managing project workflows using tools like Jira or Trello
- Understanding of marketing funnel dynamics, campaign attribution, and pipeline reporting
- Strong analytical thinking, precision, and problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative approach with a focus on service and stakeholder enablement
- Fluent in English
